DELIVERY COSTS


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and the items in your cart.

You’ll see the full delivery cost before completing your order.

 

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES


All of our artworks are made to order, meaning each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Each order includes two stages:


Production

  • Canvas, framed and poster prints: up to 7 business days
  • Rolled prints: up to 5 business days


Delivery (Australia)

  • Metro & regional areas: 3–5 business days
  • WA, NT, TAS & rural areas: 5–10 business days


Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its progress.

URGENT ORDERS


If you’re working to a deadline, we offer an Urgent Production service, where your artwork can be produced within 3 business days. (please contact us for a quote/ additional fees apply) 


We don’t currently offer express shipping. If you need your order sooner, please contact our team before placing your order and we’ll be happy to guide you on the best option.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size and the items in your cart.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER


You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


If you haven’t received tracking yet, your order is likely still in production.


You can also track your order through your Urban Road account.Changes made by you to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges. Once an order is dispatched and in transit changes to delivery or redirection cannot be made.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION


  • Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout
  • We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
  • A signature may be required on delivery
  • We work with a range of trusted delivery partners


If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave instructions to arrange redelivery or collection.


DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGES


  • Address changes can be made before your order is dispatched
  • Once your order is in transit, changes cannot be made
  • Additional charges may apply for address updates


If you need to update your details, please contact us as soon as possible.


DELIVERY ISSUES


If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.


Order marked as delivered but not received

  • Check around your property and with neighbours
  • Review the proof of delivery in your tracking link
  • If you still can’t locate your order, contact us and we’ll assist


Tracking delays or lost packages

  • Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after dispatch
  • If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier


Incorrect address

Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply.

We ship selected products internationally. As all artworks are made to order, timeframes include both production and delivery.


United States

  • Produced locally: 3–5 business days

New Zealand


Production

  • Produced locally: up to 7 business days

UK & Europe


Production

  • Produced locally where available: up to 7 business days


Delivery

  • Estimated 3–7 business days

CUSTOMS & DUTIES


International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your location. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
