Urban Road offers nationwide delivery across Australia, including major cities like Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and more. Simply enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery options for your location.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typically, if you order an "in stock" decor item before 11:59pm on any business day, we'll process it within 1-3 business days from the appropriate warehouse, unless otherwise specified. You'll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress until it arrives at your doorstep. You can also track from the “Your Orders” section of your account.
We ship from multiple warehouses across Australia using the following carriers: Australia Post, Allied Express, StarTrack, Toll, Aramex, TNT, Couriers Please.
