1. Promotion Overview

Customers who purchase eligible products from Urban Road and complete the required content submission may receive a 20% refund on their purchase, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for the refund, customers must:

• Purchase an eligible product from Urban Road (framed wall art or wallpaper)
• Be shipping to an address in Australia or the United States — this promotion is not available for other regions
• Be aged 18 years or older
• Have a public Instagram or TikTok account
• Complete all content and submission requirements within 30 days of receiving their order

3. Content Requirements

To be eligible, the customer must create a video (Reel or TikTok) that includes:

• Unboxing the product
• Hanging or installing the artwork
• Final styled wall (before & after strongly encouraged)

The post must be:

• Public on Instagram or TikTok
• Tagged: @urbanroad_art
• Marked with the campaign hashtag: #StyleItShareItSave

4. Submission Process

To claim the refund, customers must:

• Post the video publicly on Instagram or TikTok
• Complete the submission form on the campaign landing page, providing: order number, full name, email used for purchase, and a link to the social media post
• Agree to these Terms & Conditions

5. Approval Criteria

Urban Road reserves the right to approve or reject submissions based on whether:

• The content meets all listed requirements
• The video quality is clear and usable
• The post is publicly accessible at the time of review
• The brand is appropriately tagged and visible

6. Refund Details

• Approved customers will receive a 20% refund of the product purchase price
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method where possible
• Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

7. Content Usage Rights

By participating in this promotion, customers agree that Urban Road may repost, share, and use submitted content for marketing purposes, including across social media, our website, paid advertising, and email marketing. No additional compensation will be provided beyond the stated refund.

8. Limitations

• Limit of one refund per order
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotional refund campaigns
• Urban Road reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time, and to reject fraudulent or inappropriate submissions

9. General

Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms are governed by Australian Consumer Law.
