All Urban Road artworks are made to order in New Zealand, meaning each piece is created specifically for you once your order is placed.
Production Times
- Canvas Prints, Framed Prints & Posters: Up to 7 business days
- Rolled Prints: Up to 5 business days
Delivery Times (New Zealand)
- Metro Areas: 3–5 business days
- Regional & Rural Areas: 5–10 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey every step of the way.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
If you haven't received tracking details yet, your order is likely still being produced.
You can also track your order at any time through your Urban Road account.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- We work with a network of trusted courier partners across New Zealand.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave instructions for redelivery or package pickup.

Need to change your shipping address?
- Address updates can be made before your order has shipped.
- Once an order is in transit, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
- Additional charges may apply for address corrections or rerouting requests.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
Before contacting us, please:
- Check around your property and any safe delivery locations.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Review the proof of delivery available through your tracking link.
If you're still unable to locate your order, please contact our team and we'll assist you further.
Tracking Delays or Lost Packages
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
- If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping information before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping fees may apply to redirect or reship your order.
