When is the office closed for the holidays?

Our last working day is Tuesday 23rd December 2025. The office will be closed from Wednesday 24th December and will reopen on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

What is the cut-off date for made-to-order shipping?

Made-to-order requests should be placed by Monday 1st December 2025 to allow time for processing before the holiday period.

What is the cut-off date for in-stock shipping?

In-stock orders should be placed by Thursday 11th December 2025. Ordering early is recommended to avoid disappointment during the busy season.

What products count as in-stock?

In-stock includes landed artworks, clearance items and all homewares (excluding rugs). These products are ready for immediate dispatch and are not made-to-order.
